Tacky offensive table tennis rubber. Very much like the DHS Hurricane 3 NEO, but more elastic and easier to play a bit off the table than the Hurricane 3 NEO. More forgiving, as the ball sinks more into the surface layer and gives a softer feeling than Hurricane 3 NEO.
